After graduation, I moved to Washington DC for college and law school and practiced law here ever since -- first as a federal prosecutor, then in private practice with breaks to serve by appointment as an Independent Counsel or Special Counsel in special investigations. My husband, Jim, and I were married in 1973, had 3 kids (2 girls and 1 boy), and now have 3 grandsons. We both are lawyers and enjoy our work. We have a weekend retreat on a Chesepeake Bay tidal creek and visit with my sisters, Jean '65 (Long Valley, NJ) and Barbara '70 (Nantucket, MA) as often as possible. Our children are in New Orleans, Los Angeles, and here in DC. My parents, whom many of my classmates knew, have passed away, but our mom lived on the Jersey shore near the end of her life. I have nothing but fond memories of WHRHS and hope to make a reunion soon. |
